What areas do you cover?

We cover every area that is covered my Realtracs MLS. This is pretty much Middle Tennessee and South Central Kentucky.

What types of properties do you support?

Currently we only have searchable listings for Residential Homes, Commercial Property and Residential Rentals. If we get more demand we will add Land and Condos.

Will you guarantee me that I will get lots of hits?

We do not guarantee hits or traffic. There are other companies that specialize in those types of services. NetSouthern is a website development and hosting company and not a promotional company.

What if I want to cancel my service?

If you decide you do not need our services for any reason we understand. We do not want to force you to pay for anything you do not want. Also, we hate contracts and do not like to force anyone into a long term contract. We do require that we receive written notice 30 days prior to cancellation. This can be either email or postal mail. We will send you a confirmation via email once we receive the cancellation request.

Is there any contracts?

Am I required to use a credit card?

No. You will receive your invoice via email only. You are welcome to send a payment via postal mail.

Can I suggest features to be added later?

Of course! We greatly value your input. You are in the Real Estate business. NetSouthern is in the website business. If you feel we should do something different or even add a new feature, please email us and tell us your idea.
